Description


Grassland Dairy is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Pricing Coordinator to join our Sales team. This position plays a key role in supporting pricing accuracy, contract administration, and sales operations. The Pricing Coordinator will ensure the timely and accurate entry of pricing information into our ERP system, prepare customer contracts based on sales directives, monitor daily CME market activity, manage allocation documentation, and provide administrative support to the Vice President of Sales.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and maintain pricing data within the company's ERP system.
• Prepare customer contracts in accordance with sales directives, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Monitor daily CME market activity and communicate relevant pricing information as needed.
• Maintain and distribute allocation documents in a timely and organized manner.
• Support the Vice President of Sales with administrative and operational tasks.
• Verify the accuracy of pricing, contract, and customer information before processing.
• Maintain organized electronic records and documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and other internal departments to ensure smooth execution of pricing and contract activities.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Perform specific duties and responsibilities based on the VP's requirements and organizational needs.

Education/Experience:

• A Bachelors degree is preferred but not required.
• A combination of education and experience may be considered at Grassland's discretion.
