As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will play a key role in shaping our workforce. From developing recruiting strategies to guiding candidates through the hiring process, you will own the full lifecycle of recruitment for our entry-level and middle market producer roles. What You’ll Do: Lead and execute all phases of the recruitment process Partner with managers to create accurate and compelling job descriptions Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent Manage job postings and advertisements Screen applicants and identify strong candidates Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring teams Support salary recommendations, offer packages, and onboarding details Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations Represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events Perform other HR and talent‑related duties as assigned What You Bring: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong organization, time‑management, and follow‑through abilities Ability to work independently, proactively, and with initiative Deep understanding of recruiting best practices and workforce trends Experience with applicant-tracking systems and HR technologies Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience (required) Prior Insurance Industry recruitment experience (required) 5+ years full‑cycle recruiting experience (highly preferred) Physical Requirements: Ability to perform essential job functions and maintain regular, punctual attendance. Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. Must be able to communicate clearly via phone.
