Graduate Assistant - Stelter ARRIVE Grant

Major/Essential Functions Provide support and coaching, as part of the ARRIVE Program, to young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are working within an inclusive, supported work role on the TTUHSC Lubbock campus. Assist faculty and students as a classroom/program assistant; regular communication with the lead faculty program coordinators and classroom instructors will be essential. Help ARRIVE Program participants learn job tasks, workplace expectations, and social skills. Track ARRIVE participant progress, document achievements, and adjust support strategies as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience and/or knowledge of strategies such as visual and verbal prompts to assist persons with disabilities with work-focused performance expectations. Experience working with individuals with cognitive disabilities. Pay Statement Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as the institutional pay plan.
