Child Welfare Caseworker

Lutheran Services Florida seeks a dedicated Child Welfare Caseworker to support at-risk children and families in our Community & Social Services department. In this role, you’ll manage a diverse caseload, conduct home visits and assessments, and develop safety and service plans that promote stability and well-being. You’ll collaborate closely with courts, schools, and community partners to coordinate resources, document progress, and advocate for children’s best interests.
