Child Welfare Liaison

Lutheran Services Florida seeks a Child Welfare Liaison to strengthen coordination among child welfare agencies, families, and community partners. In this community-facing role, you will support at-risk children and families by facilitating case communication, organizing family and stakeholder meetings, and monitoring service delivery for quality and compliance. You will collect and report program data, support continuous improvement, and promote family engagement. LSF offers a compassionate, collaborative culture with opportunities to impact child welfare outcomes statewide.
