Overview
A-Titan is a precision CNC shop in Orchard Park, NY producing dental instrumentation and precision medical device parts. We're FDA-registered and ISO 13485 certified — our work goes into a dentist's hand, every day. Tolerances are tight, traceability is everything, and the parts that leave our floor are inspected, documented, and accountable. We're hiring CNC Swiss screw lathe and CNC milling machinists — multiple positions available on both 1st and 2nd shift. Pick the schedule that fits your life.

The Schedule — Choose Your Shift

- 1st shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM - 2nd shift: Monday – Thursday, 2:30 PM to 12:30 AM (4×10 — every Friday off, three-day weekend every week) - No weekends, ever. - Overtime available on both shifts.

What You'll Do

- Set up and operate **CNC Swiss-type screw machines** and/or **CNC milling machines** (VMCs)
- Run production parts to print — from first article through last piece
- Read blueprints and GD hold tolerances in tenths
- Adjust offsets, change tooling, troubleshoot tool wear and chatter
- Inspect your own work (mics, calipers, comparators, height gages)
- Keep documentation clean — ISO 13485 traceability is part of the job

What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of CNC machining experience in a production environment
- Confident **setting up** Swiss screw machines and/or CNC mills — not just running them
- Comfortable reading prints and holding tight tolerances
- Self-starter who takes ownership of their machines
- Quality-minded — medical device parts, no "close enough"
- Steady, reliable, takes pride in the work

Bonus Points

-Experience in medical, dental, or aerospace shops
- Familiarity with Citizen, Tornos, Star, Mazak, Haas, Doosan, or similar
- Mastercam or equivalent CAM exposure
- ISO 13485 / FDA documentation experience
