With an undeniable passion for operational excellence and a deep understanding of luxury retail logistics, you will be instrumental in optimizing our back-of-house functions and ensuring flawless execution. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will champion efficiency, uphold brand standards, and provide specialized support crucial to our boutique's success and the elevated client experience. Job responsabilities In this essential role, the Louis Vuitton Operations Specialist will ensure the smooth functioning of store operations, directly contributing to back-of-house efficiency and an elevated client experience through key responsibilities including: Inventory Management Client Services Store Facility and Systems Policies and Procedures Client Care (& Alterations when applicable) Profile As a Louis Vuitton Operations Specialist, your success relies on embodying a specific set of critical attitudes and skills essential for ensuring seamless operational efficiency and client satisfaction: Detail-Oriented & Organized: Demonstrating meticulous attention to detail in managing inventory, stock organization, and all back-of-house processes. Process-Driven & Compliant: Adhering strictly to and enforcing all operational policies, brand standards, and internal control directives. Proactive Problem-Solver: Adept at troubleshooting client delivery issues, assisting with store facility maintenance, and mitigating potential financial risks. Supportive & Collaborative: Providing essential operational support to store management and the team, contributing to efficient workflows and superior client service. Brand Ambassador: Consistently representing Louis Vuitton's values and attitudes in all operational duties, contributing to an elevated overall client experience.
