Comprehensive Benefits: Employer‑paid Medical benefits with immediate enrollment eligibility 401(k) Opportunity Generous PTO & Paid Holidays Leadership Growth Opportunity: High‑visibility role with advancement potential into senior operational leadership Collaborative Work Environment: Hands‑on leadership team with strong operational support Impact‑Driven Position: Lead critical plant reliability and CapEx initiatives across multiple facilities High‑Autonomy Environment: Opportunity to build systems, improve uptime, and drive operational performance Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties Develop and execute sourcing strategies for packaging materials and operational supplies across multiple regions Build and maintain a competitive supplier network focused on cost efficiency, quality, and reliability Lead supplier negotiations, pricing agreements, and contract management initiatives Monitor supplier performance metrics, including quality, delivery, responsiveness, and OTIF performance Identify and implement cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives Analyze spend data, market trends, and supplier cost structures to uncover savings opportunities Standardize materials and sourcing processes to reduce operational complexity Optimize inventory levels across multiple locations while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory Partner with Planning teams to align procurement strategies with demand forecasts and crop cycles Develop reorder points, safety stock levels, and inventory policies using data‑driven analysis Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Planning, and regional leadership teams Maintain ERP system data integrity and improve purchasing and inventory reporting accuracy Develop procurement dashboards and KPIs to track inventory turns, cost savings, and service levels Qualifications Needed Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field required MBA or advanced degree preferred Minimum 10+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management Experience within agriculture, food manufacturing, produce, or manufacturing environments preferred Strong experience managing packaging materials or commodity‑based purchasing categories preferred Proven background leading supplier negotiations and delivering measurable cost savings Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and Excel required Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills Proven ability to manage inventory optimization and procurement planning in fast‑paced environments Strong background in supplier management, contract negotiations, and cross‑functional collaboration Ability to balance competing priorities involving cost, quality, service, and inventory levels Excellent communication and leadership skills with strong attention to detail Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
