After School Site Directors – District 11 Expansion ProgramsUpcoming School Year: 2026 -2027 Leading Edge Before & After School Programs is excited to continue growing across Colorado Springs! As part of our 2026–2027 school year expansion, we are opening 7 new programs in District 11!This is an exciting opportunity to help build program culture from the ground up, lead your own school community, mentor staff, and create meaningful experiences for students and families every day!Our Site Directors are more than supervisors! They are culture builders, curriculum leaders, mentors, and community partners who help shape safe, engaging, and enriching programs where students can learn, grow, and thrive.Position Details:Part-Time Afternoon Site Director - Willingness to float in mornings = more hours District 11 – Colorado Springs, COApproximately 21 hours per weekMonday through Friday. Program hours will be 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm (Let's discuss morning availability!)Pay Range: $22–$25 per hour, depending on experienceBiweekly Pay every other FridayWhat You'll DoSite Directors are responsible for shaping their site's culture, driving curriculum, mentoring staff, ensuring compliance with licensing standards, and partnering with school communities.Key Responsibilities• Train, mentor, and supervise site staff• Oversee daily program operations and student safety• Create engaging curriculum and enrichment opportunities• Maintain compliance with Colorado state licensing requirements• Ensure proper staff-to-student ratios and smooth daily transitions• Communicate regularly with families, school staff, and administrators• Complete attendance tracking, documentation, and incident reports• Support onboarding and coaching of new team members• Foster a welcoming, structured, and inclusive environment for studentsCurriculum LeadershipAt Leading Edge, Site Directors are empowered to create engaging, student-centered curriculum that reflect the unique needs and interests of their school community.Each month, Directors will be provided with themed curriculum options designed to support creativity, engagement, and consistency across programs.
