They create safe, engaging, and enriching environments where students can learn, grow, and thrive beyond the school day.If you're passionate about developing teams, inspiring children, and making a lasting impact, we'd love to connect with you.Position DetailsFull-Time | 30 Hours Per WeekTypical School-Year ScheduleMonday–FridayMorning Program: 6:30 AM – 9:00 AMAfternoon Program: 2:30 PM – 6:00 PMSchedules may vary slightly by school location.Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experienceBiweekly pay every other FridayWhat You'll DoSite Directors are responsible for leading high-quality before and after school programs while creating positive experiences for students, families, staff, and school partners.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily before and after school program operationsTrain, mentor, and support site staffCreate engaging enrichment activities and curriculumMaintain compliance with Colorado child care licensing requirementsEnsure student safety and appropriate staff-to-student ratiosBuild positive relationships with families and school administratorsComplete attendance, licensing, and program documentationFoster a welcoming, structured, and inclusive program cultureSupport student growth through meaningful learning experiencesCurriculum LeadershipAt Leading Edge, Site Directors have the opportunity to be creative while maintaining consistency across our programs.Each month, Directors receive themed curriculum resources designed to encourage creativity, engagement, and student success.
