Understand blueprints and drawings. Lay out and install commercial duct work in a wide variety of job settings. Unload, move, and handle commercial-scale duct work. Properly finish and seal duct work to pass testing. Work at heights, from ladders, lifts, or roof. Assist with installing commercial HVAC equipment. What We’re Looking For: 4+ years of commercial sheet metal installation experience Journeyman-level training or documented field experience Strong blueprint reading and layout skills Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork You need to be able to; Keep it a Drug-free Workplace. Be punctual and reliable. Work as a team. Work in extremes of heat, cold, bad weather, indoors and outdoors. Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry max of 60 lbs. Willing to be cross trained in different trades. Work well in confined spaces. Work above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending.
