Role Overview We are looking for a bubbly, energetic, and service-oriented Customer Service Executive to support front-facing customer interactions and daily client servicing operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, communicates confidently, and thrives in a fast-paced customer-focused environment. Candidates with prior experience in beauty, aesthetics, banking, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing service environments are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Attend to customer enquiries professionally via walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social platforms Provide excellent front-desk and customer support experience to clients Build strong customer relationships through warm and attentive service Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups efficiently Support customer retention through proactive engagement and service recovery when required Maintain accurate customer records, transactions, and administrative documentation Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction Assist with cashiering, payment processing, and basic sales support when required Uphold professional grooming standards and represent the company positively at all times Requirements Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, client servicing, front desk, retail, beauty, banking, hospitality, or related customer-facing roles Candidates from beauty/aesthetics clinics, luxury retail, airline cabin crew, hospitality, or bank teller/credit card servicing backgrounds will have an advantage Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Well-spoken with good command of English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers Pleasant, confident, and presentable personality with strong people skills Energetic, bubbly, and customer-oriented attitude Able to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment Proficient in basic administrative and computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM/booking systems, WhatsApp Business, etc.) Positive learning attitude, responsive, and adaptable to operational needs Strong Consideration Factors Candidates with strong emotional intelligence and natural customer engagement skills Experience handling high-touch customer service environments or premium clientele Strong professionalism, responsiveness, and service recovery capabilities Stable employment history and genuine interest in customer-facing roles Working Hours & Salary 5-day work week (9am to 6pm) Salary commensurate with experience and background Performance incentives and staff benefits may be provided This is in partnership with the Employment and Employability Institute Pte Ltd ("e2i"). e2i is the empowering network for workers and employers seeking employment and employability solutions. e2i serves as a bridge between workers and employers, connecting with workers to offer job security through job-matching, career guidance and skills upgrading services, and partnering employers to address their manpower needs through recruitment, training, and job redesign solutions. e2i is a tripartite initiative of the National Trades Union Congress set up to support nation-wide manpower and skills upgrading initiatives.
