Nature of Work/Responsibilities:

Develop and implement tooling, process, product documentation/process instructions required for the PCBA and system manufacturing. Coordinate process improvement related projects, and write reports. Must be detail oriented, team player, flexible and with strong interpersonal skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills in interacting with team members and customers. Manage assignments with urgency and drive completion efficiently. Must possess ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a demanding environment, demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. This role in concert with quality organization ensures that customer requirements are implemented and met. Responsibilities includes but not limited to: Learn how to build Electronics Products and configuring BOM's/routings for PCBAs/ systems in accordance with the product structure, standards and internal procedures, development and implementation tooling and processes, MPIs development and shop travelers and submit them through the ECO into Agile/Oracle environment. This role interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products. Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.

Qualification Requirements:

• BS in Engineering Discipline with minimum 1 years of experience or equivalent in supporting manufacturing of electronic Assemblies
• The position requires ability to learn Programming of automated pick-and-place machines, reflow profiling, paste printing equipment, selective soldering, conformal coating process, and tooling design experience.
• Background in SMT and post SMT processes and process development with the ability to serve as a technical representative.
• Familiar with Box Build/System integration
• Ability to learn to estimate Touch Labor, cycle time and create Quotes for customer Products.

-Experience with IPC-A-610, MIL- STD-883 or Equivalent STD, AS9100. The following skills are plus

• Excellent Computer Skills
• Knowledge of both Assembly and Test

Salary Range(annual): $70,000 - $88,000
