About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Medicare Partnerships to lead the expansion of its presence in the Medicare market. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the company's products and services to nominated health plans, promoting the value proposition, and securing contracts in line with growth goals. This role demands a seasoned payer sales executive with a deep understanding of Medicare health plans, particularly in the area of contract lifecycles. The VP will be tasked with developing and executing a sales strategy, surpassing growth goals, and continuously evaluating market dynamics to adjust strategies. Key responsibilities also include team leadership, collaboration, and performance monitoring to ensure the achievement of defined KPIs. Applicants for the VP, Medicare Partnerships position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in or around Medicare vendors. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in delivering growth results, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. The VP will be expected to work closely with the executive team, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide mentorship to enhance the understanding of Medicare market trends and contract negotiations. The ideal candidate will be adept at relationship building, both within the client environment and with internal and external stakeholders, and will be accountable for the growth and execution of the Medicare market strategy.
