About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, HR Business Partnership to play a pivotal role in aligning people and workforce strategies with business priorities and organizational goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and evolving the HR Business Partner function, driving organizational effectiveness, and providing strategic guidance on a range of business initiatives. This includes strengthening leadership capability, succession planning, and talent strategies, as well as championing a culture of accountability, strong leadership, and positive employee experience. The role demands a strategic HR leader with the ability to translate business priorities into practical people and organizational strategies, and to use workforce insights and business data to support informed decision-making. Applicants for the Vice President, HR Business Partnership position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnership, organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, talent, or related areas. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record of partnering with senior leaders, influencing complex business decisions, and leading through significant organizational change. Strong experience in organizational design, workforce strategy, transformation, talent strategy, and succession planning is essential. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and must demonstrate strong business acumen, executive presence, and excellent communication and influencing skills.
