About the Role:
Join D&J Glass and Sign as a Sales Representative and become an integral part of our dynamic team in Arnold, MO! In this exciting role, you'll connect with customers and help them find the perfect glass and sign solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their glass and sign needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to final sale, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to potential customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads and sales activities effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the glass or signage industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field is a plus.
• Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
