Senior Director, Global Diagnostics

AstraZeneca seeks a Senior Director of Global Diagnostics to lead commercial strategy for diagnostic products across breast cancer indications. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated global diagnostics strategy for breast indications aligned with franchise plans
- Drive commercialization and marketing plan creation for each diagnostic focused on launch readiness and growth
- Collaborate across commercial teams, medical affairs, R&D, and market access to coordinate global diagnostic initiatives
- Build partnerships with oncology stakeholders including advocacy groups, developers, key opinion leaders, and payer organizations
- Lead cross-functional initiatives ensuring effective communication and execution across multiple geographies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field
- 10+ years pharmaceutical and/or diagnostics marketing experience
- Demonstrated track record in diagnostics launch and commercialization in oncology
- Proven team leadership with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Global or in-market experience developing and executing commercial strategies for diagnostics
- Strong analytical capabilities with ability to translate analysis into actionable strategy
- Understanding of drug development, commercialization processes, and breast biomarker landscape
Compensation: $231,988-$347,983 base
