Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end market research design, execution, and translation of findings into actionable strategic outputs
- Develop long-term commercial forecasts integrating insights, performance data, and competitive intelligence
- Define KPIs and monitor market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and competitive risks
- Partner with data experts to frame analytical questions and translate complex results for stakeholders
- Influence cross-functional teams by communicating insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, mathematics, or data-related field
- 5+ years pharmaceutical industry or life sciences consulting experience
- Demonstrated expertise in forecasting, primary market research, or advanced analytics
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with evidence-based recommendations
- Strong capability managing multiple priorities and delivering under time pressure
- Oncology experience strongly preferred
- Advanced degree (MBA, PhD) and AI-powered analytical tools proficiency desirable
Compensation: $194,571.20 - $291,856.80 USD annual base
