Alternative Operations Fund Accounting, Officer

Position Overview We are seeking an Officer to serve Private Equity Custody Clients in our Quincy office location within the Custody division of our Alternative Investment Solutions Group. This role partners with clients and colleagues to establish workflow and ensure client reporting is updated daily. Key Responsibilities Oversee the Custody team to ensure client deliverables are met. Review reporting to ensure deliverables are met for client inquiries. Manage daily client interaction and maintain working relationships with all client contacts. Manage internal workflow and client deadlines. Identify any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and report or escalates per corporate policy. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field. 4+ years of leadership experience. Advanced Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP). Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision‑making skills. Excellent administrative and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Salary & Benefits Salary Range: $70,000 - $122,500 annual.
