Psychological Dimensions is a nationwide, industry-leading police and public safety forensic consulting firm. Our mission is to providestate-of-the-artpsychological risk management evaluations andconsultationto public safety agencies and corporate organizations. We conduct pre-employment psychological screening, wellness programs, critical incident debriefings, specialty assignment evaluations, fitness-for-duty assessments, and related consultation services.

The Opportunity

We areseekinga dependable, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to serve as the in-office administrative presence for our Denver/Greenwood Village location while also providing administrative support to our broader operations team.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys being the person others can count on: welcoming candidates, keeping appointments on track, managing details, supporting communication, and helping a professional office run smoothly.

The person in this position will work in the Denver office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays. In addition to supporting in-office needs, this role assists with organization-wide scheduling, email monitoring, receptionist duties, data entry, candidate communication, report-processing support, and general operations workflows.

Schedule and Work Location

  • Full-time, 40-hour workweek.
  • Monday through Thursday: in office at our Greenwood Village/Denver-area location.
  • Friday: remote work from home.
  • Standard business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time.
  • Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a professional home workspace for remote workdays.
  • Occasional flexibility may be needed to support operational needs.

What Youll Do

Be the Denver Office Anchor

  • Welcome candidates, clients, contractors, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Prepare testing and interview rooms for in-person appointments.
  • Keep the office organized, professional, stocked, and ready for daily operations.
  • Handle mail, deliveries, supplies, and basic facility coordination.

Support Scheduling and Communication

  • Assistwith appointment scheduling, calendar coordination, and candidate communications.
  • Monitor and respond to office emails, voicemails, incoming calls, and electronic faxes.
  • Route inquiries to theappropriate teammembers and follow up to ensure issues are handledpromptly.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, psychologists, contractors, and colleagues.

Keep Operational Workflows Moving

  • Enter andmaintainaccurateinformation in company systems and databases.
  • Set up and update candidate profiles, appointment records, and administrative documentation.
  • Upload documents and supportreport- processingworkflows.
  • Assistwith proofreading and quality checks for accuracy and completeness.
  • Supportpayment- processingdocumentation and other administrative tasks according to company protocols.

Provide Team Support

  • Serve as backup support for scheduling,testprocessing, and office coordination functions.
  • Assist with Fitness for Duty Evaluation (FFDE) and other administrative workflows after training.
  • Participate in cross-training to help ensure operational continuity across the organization.
  • Helpidentifypractical ways to make routine administrative processes more efficient.

What We Are Looking For

  • High school diplomarequired; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
  • At least two years of administrative, office coordination, customer service, scheduling, healthcare administration, or related professional experience preferred.
  • Professional, warm, and clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying calm,accurate, andservice-oriented.
  • Comfort working with confidential information andmaintainingdiscretion.
  • Ability to work independently whileremainingcollaborative and responsive to team needs.
  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office, email, scheduling platforms, and web-based software; ability to learn company-specific systems.
  • Understanding of HIPAA or confidentiality requirements preferred.
  • Dependable, proactive, adaptable, andsolutions-oriented.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting pay: $24 per hour. A higher starting rate may be considered for candidates with directly relevant experience and strong demonstrated skills.
