Overview
Wilson Enterprises is seeking a reliable, organized Construction Scheduler to join our team in Hot Springs, AR. This is a full-time, office-based position focused on managing repair service requests from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction estimating/scheduler and project management, with the ability to analyze project specifications and develop accurate cost estimates.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Answer and document incoming repair calls from customers
- Identify and coordinate qualified subcontractors for the work
- Schedule jobs efficiently and communicate timelines clearly
- Serve as the point of contact—updating customers on status and ensuring smooth follow-through
- Maintain accurate records of calls, schedules, and job outcomes
Experience
- Proven experience in construction is essential.
- Proficiency in using estimating software.
- Strong understanding of construction principles and practices.
- Effective negotiation skills to work with contractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols is preferred.
- A background in project management is advantageous.
Schedule & Location
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- One-hour lunch break
- Work from our office in Hot Springs, AR
