Schedule: Hybrid | 3 Days In-Office, 2 Days Remote Firm: Top 200 CPA Firm Compensation: $290,000 - $320,000 Base Salary + 5-10% Bonus A highly respected Top 200 CPA firm in Anaheim is seeking a Non-Equity Tax Partner to join its collaborative and growth-oriented team. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic tax planning, compliance, and consulting engagements Serve as a tax generalist across individual, corporate, partnership, estate, and trust taxation Review complex tax returns and provide technical guidance to staff and managers Advise clients on tax law developments and tax planning opportunities Mentor and develop tax professionals while maintaining high service standards Drive business development initiatives and expand market presence Build and maintain strong client relationships Manufacturing & Distribution High-Net-Worth Individuals Agriculture Construction Retail Nonprofit Organizations Pass-Through Entities Qualifications CPA or JD required 10+ years of public accounting tax experience Big 4, national, or large regional firm experience preferred Proven success in business development and client growth Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Long-term interest in a partnership track Busy Season: 45-55 hours per week Off-Season: Approximately 40 hours per week Supportive, collaborative environment with strong work-life balance Excellent retention and internal promotion track record 100% employer-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage #J-18808-Ljbffr
