Warehouse Management System AnalystPayrate: $45.00 - $46.00/hr.Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for diagnose and resolve WMS errors, data discrepancies, and interface/integration failures between the WMA and other systems (ERP, TMS, EDI/RF/scanning hardware)Monitor system performance and proactively identify recurring issues before they impact operationsLead new system implementation projects, including new warehouse and software setup, with other project managers and ITMap business requirements to WMS capabilities by configuring workflows for receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shippingDiagnose configuration or integration errors, often testing software modifications and escalating complex issues to IT or software vendorsNavigate WMS interfaces and modules for inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and shipping/receivingMaintain documentation of known issues, workarounds, and resolution stepsTrain warehouse staff and supervisors on system functionality and best practicesCreate/Update SOPs and quick-reference guides for common WMS functionsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent experienceMinimum 3 years of Supply Chain, and or Project ManagementExcellent quantitative and analytical skills, with high attention to detail and accuracyExperience with SAP and WMS, or similar business systems and/or sales order management software applicationsExperience in working in a warehouse environment, primarily dealing with system analysisStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under time pressure during live operational issuesDetail-oriented, especially around data accuracy and documentationPreferred Qualifications:Experience in advanced Excel proficiencyExperience in High tech, Telecom, or Consumer Electronics industryPay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $45.00 - $46.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
