This individual will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping define solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance data integrity, and drive informed decision-making.The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing existing workflows, supporting data management efforts, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure business objectives are translated into effective technical solutions.Your responsibilities include:Analyze, document, and evaluate business processes to identify opportunities for operational improvements and increased efficiencyGather, interpret, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders across the organizationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define solutions that align with strategic business goalsIdentify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities while recommending actionable solutionsClean, normalize, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business decisions and reporting needsDevelop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate key metrics and insightsSupport data architecture efforts by documenting data flows, business rules, and data lineageEnsure data integrity and consistency across systems and processesMonitor and evaluate system performance, enhancements, and change initiativesFacilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessionsMaintain project documentation, process maps, and business analysis artifacts throughout the project lifecycleCompensation: $65-75/HR Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
