Job Summary

Schedule: 36 hours per week Combination of 9 and 12 hour shifts As a member of our Ambulatory Float team, you will be exposed to Endoscopy, Outpatient Infusion, Pain Management, and Interventional Radiology/Nephrology. You will coordinate and provide all aspects of nursing care related to care before, during and after procedures, and collaborate with all disciplines to achieve the defined patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• BSN required
• Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required
• BLS and ACLS required
• Previous procedural/ambulatory nursing experience strongly preferred
• Excellent IV skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Show evidence of the basic analytic thinking necessary to care for a group of patients
• Ability to demonstrate observational skills and the ability to set priorities
• Ability to adhere to all I.C.A.R.E. standards
