Dream Nannies is seeking a warm, engaging, and experienced Full-Time Nanny for a wonderful family in Winter Park, Florida. The family observes Jewish traditions and would love someone who is comfortable supporting those traditions in the home. primary focus of this position will be caring for the family's infant, while also providing after-school care for their fun-loving 6-year-old son during the afternoons. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood development and enjoys creating enriching, screen-free activities that encourage learning, curiosity, and creativity. The family is looking for someone who is playful, calm, nurturing, and able to set loving boundaries while fostering a positive, educational environment.

In addition to providing exceptional childcare, the nanny will assist with children's laundry, washing bottles, maintaining the nursery and children's spaces, light household tidying, unloading/loading the dishwasher, meal preparation for the children (family meal prep is a huge plus with additional compensation available), and occasional errands or vendor visits. The family values open communication, transparency, and a genuine partnership with their nanny. Candidates who are comfortable supporting the family's cultural and religious traditions, enjoy cooking, are strong swimmers, and are bilingual (French is a plus) are encouraged to apply. No regular travel is required, though occasional date nights or rare overnight care may be requested.
