Business Development Manager (BH-283322-8) Location: Ontario, Canada | Sector: Sales | Salary: 70,000.00 CAD to 100,000.00 CAD per annum We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with direct sales experience in aviation MRO, specifically within aircraft paint, engineering, or maintenance services. This role requires a proactive, self-driven professional who can independently generate business, build strong client relationships, and provide market insight through direct industry engagement. Compensation Salary Expectations are $70,000 - $100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the aviation MRO space Build and maintain strong relationships with airline, leasing, and aviation clients Develop and execute sales strategies independently to drive revenue growth Prepare and present client proposals, quotations, and contracts Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution and customer satisfaction Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline tracking in Salesforce Provide regular updates on client engagement, opportunities, and market feedback Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings Qualifications 5+ years of aviation sales/business development experience within MRO Direct experience selling aircraft paint, engineering, or maintenance services strongly preferred Strong understanding of aviation operations and MRO service offerings Experience with aircraft interior/exterior refurbishment Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client relationships Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Willingness to travel; valid passport required Nice to Have Familiarity with tools such as Jetnet We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
