Residential Care Associate II – 5738 Part‑time, regular position in Junction City, OR. Salary: $22.50 – $23.88 per hour DOE. Additional $2.00 per hour secure program differential. Responsibilities Provide support to residents according to individualized treatment plans, focusing on personal care services, environmental intervention, and limited group social and recreational treatments. Administer prescribed medications, follow physician orders, document on medical charts and count sheets, assist clients with medication self‑administration, transport clients to and from the program, maintain compliance with productivity standards for documentation, and provide limited treatment services and personal care supports. Qualifications Eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate registration through the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO). Must meet one of the following criteria: Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development or related field); or minimum three years of verifiable behavioral health experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs in a supervised setting; or equivalent combination of education and supplemental experience. Must register as a QMHA‑R through MHACBO during the first week of employment. Valid driver’s license; maintain a safe driving record; pass DHS criminal background check. Physical ability to frequently talk, listen, use hands, reach, stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb stairs, lift, carry, push, pull up to 40 pounds, and occasionally use ladders, squat or kneel. Must complete crisis de‑escalation and CPR trainings. Work Schedule Sunday through Monday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (Part‑time, day). Pay and Differentials Base wage $22.50 – $23.88 per hour (DOE). Differentials: Night Shift (NOC) Differential: additional $3.00 per hour for hours worked between 10:00 pm and 8:30 am if at least 2.5 hours fall within this period. Secure Program Differential: additional $2.00 per hour for all hours worked in an eligible secure program. Bilingual Differential: 5% pay increase for employees meeting the qualifications of the CCS Language/Bilingual Program.
