Residential Care Associate II – 5747 Part time, regular position in Junction City, Oregon. Salary range: $22.50 to $23.88 per hour, plus applicable differentials. Responsibilities Provide support to residents according to individualized treatment plans, focusing on personal care, environmental intervention, and limited group social and recreational activities. Assist with limited treatment services and personal care to help clients develop appropriate skills and maintain functioning. Administer prescribed medications, follow physician orders, document on medical charts and count sheets, and assist clients with self‑administration as per agency policies. Transport clients to and from the program as needed. Maintain compliance with established productivity standards for documentation. Participate in required crisis de‑escalation and CPR trainings. What You’ll Need Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA‑R) registration through the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO). Meet one of the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, or related field). Minimum three (3) years of verifiable behavioral health experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs in a supervised setting. A combination of behavioral science education and satisfactory supplemental behavioral health experience and training. Must register as a QMHA‑R with MHACBO during the first week of employment. Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire; maintain a safe driving record; pass a DHS criminal background check. Training Program Participate in our MHACBO‑accredited training program to earn CEUs toward applicable mental health certifications while receiving paid training and qualified clinical supervision. Work Schedule Thursday through Saturday, 10:00 pm – 8:00 am (Part‑time, night shift). Compensation & Differentials Base wage: $22.50 – $23.88 per hour, DOE/Credentials. Secure Program Differential: $2.00 extra per hour for all hours worked in an eligible secure program. Night Shift Differential: $3.00 extra per hour for hours worked between 10:00 pm and 8:30 am, provided at least 2.5 hours of the shift fall within this period. Bilingual Differential: 5% extra pay for employees who meet the qualifications of the CCS Language/Bilingual Program. Physical Demands Ability to talk, listen, use hands and fingers, reach, stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb stairs, lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds; occasionally use ladders, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as required. Must complete crisis de‑escalation and CPR trainings. About the Program Manzanita Ridge is a secure, co‑ed, 8‑bed program serving adults with mental illness.
