We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Part-Time Recruiter to join our team in the Minnesota area.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday with flexible hours
- Wage: $22 per hour
- Location: Minneapolis, MN
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract qualified candidates
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and screenings
- Maintain effective communication with applicants
- Support the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively
- Previous recruiting or customer service experience is a plus
