Valley Queen Cheese Factory is seeking a Whey Production team member to support our Manufacturing & Production operations in Milbank, SD. In this role, you will operate and monitor whey processing, separation, and drying equipment to produce high-quality dairy ingredients. Responsibilities include following safety and food-grade GMP standards, performing basic quality checks and documentation, assisting with CIP and sanitation, and troubleshooting routine equipment issues. You’ll work in a collaborative, family-oriented environment with opportunities to grow in a modern, expanding facility.
