• Initiates purchase requisitions for needed materials and supplies and forwards to supervisor.

  * Maintains inventory control and performs inventories.

  * Receives shipments of goods and checks bills of lading against purchase orders.

  * Issue clothes to center trainees.

  * Closes and forwards purchase orders to appropriate department.

  * Sorting and distributing mail.

  * Reports all missing property as required.

  * Assists custodians in performing quarterly inventories.

  * Operates office machines.

  * Clearly communicates and consistently models appropriate CSS and employability skills.

  * Maintains accountability of staff, students, and property.

  * Adheres to safety practices in all areas of responsibility.

  * Fosters and sustains a conducive environment at the center, ensuring it remains free from harassment, intimidation, and disrespect, thereby ensuring a safe space for both staff and students to engage in work and learning.

  * Attends all required staff training opportunities.

• High School diploma or General Education Diploma and one year related experience and/or training
• Experience working with youth and adults ages 16-24 in an educational or training setting is preferred
• Data entry experience
• Familiarity and knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications
• A valid driver's license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record
