Job Title: Automotive Operations Coordinator The Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the workflow of vehicle reconditioning operations, ensuring all vehicles—new and used—are completed within expected delivery timelines. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors while managing tasks using Smart Sheets. The coordinator serves as a key point of contact between Dent Wizard, dealership staff, and customers.

Order necessary parts and ensure availability for scheduled work.

~ Conduct final inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

~ Manage billing and invoicing between Dent Wizard and the dealership.

~ Interact professionally with dealership customers as needed.

~ Adhere to company procedures and policies at all times.

~ Communicate feedback, issues, and solutions to management.

~ Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

~ High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

~ Proficiency with digital cameras and Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

~ Comfortable working in moderate noise levels and outdoor conditions.

Order parts as required.

~Ensure final inspection meets desired standard.

~Manage all billing and invoicing between Dent Wizard and the dealer.

~Interact with dealer’s customers as required.

~Follow company procedures and policies at all times.

~Communicate to supervisor/management relevant feedback regarding specific issues or solutions to problems, etc.

~Exhibit, promote and foster a positive attitude through cooperation with other employees, and a willingness to openly discuss issues with supervisor/management and respectful attitude toward the company.

Good eye for detail and high quality standards.

~Capable of working a digital camera and literate in Excel, Word and Outlook.

~The total compensation package may also include commission, bonus or profit sharing. Sign on bonus is subject to state and local laws, terms and conditions, including employment status and length-of-service requirements.
