Document control coordinator

DOCUMENT CONTROL COORDINATOR Company: Openwork Staffing Pay: $19–$21/hr Job Summary Openwork is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Control Coordinator to support an estimating team with document management, tracking, filing, and distribution. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and organization. Responsibilities Maintain electronic and hard-copy project documents and records. Track document revisions, numbering, filing, and distribution. Maintain document logs, registers, and transmittals. Coordinate drawings, specifications, and project documentation. Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting. Maintain organized electronic filing and document management systems. Monitor outstanding documents and follow up on missing or overdue information. Assist with spreadsheets, reports, correspondence, and general administrative duties. Work closely with project managers, engineers, designers, and office staff. Requirements 1–2 years of office, administrative, document control, or coordination experience. Experience with engineering drawings or technical documents is strongly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
