Call Center Marketing Representative (FT)

How You'll Shine: In this job role you will engage in outbound phone sales & marketing with prospective and/or current owners within our organization and schedule them for an in-person sales presentation at one of our resorts in Las Vegas, NV. This role is hourly + commission with an uncapped earning potential. The position is full-time and located on-site. What You'll Bring:

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations.
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Call guests to greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers over the phone to attend a sales presentation at the resort in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions, and department meetings, and keep current on marketing information and materials.
• Keep current on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.
• Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Must maintain production standards.
• Full availability to work weekends & holidays, daytime & nighttime shifts required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices.
1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
