Program Finance Analyst

Program Finance AnalystThe Opportunity: CACI is seeking a highly skilled Finance Control Analyst to prepare and analyze financial activities, manage accounting operations, and provide support to management, staff, and customers in various financial matters. You will be part of a team that solves the most complex networking and communications challenges facing the U.S. Federal Government.This position will be responsible for program level financial analysis and reporting, program cost control and management using cost baselines, revenue and profit recognition and forecasting, customer reporting and invoicing support, direct and indirect rate analysis, annual and multi-year planning, monthly forecasting, program compliance with FAR and GAAP regulations, and program initial set up to include project codes with work breakdown structure and billing set up.This is an in-office position with potential for occasional remote work.Responsibilities:Coordinate with program, customer, and corporate leadership to track, analyze, and forecast program financesPrepare routine to moderately complex program financial activities and analysesEstablish, validate and maintain Estimate at Completion and ad hoc financial reports within guidelinesReconcile program expenditure forecasts, and actual expensesMaintain data integrity in program financial dataProvide financial and technical guidance to team membersResearch and resolve standard financial problems and issuesAssist in system development activities and conduct functional testingProvide customer support for financial system usersAnalyze and test interfacing systems to ensure data integrityFunctions may be modified based on the designated office requirementsQualifications: Required:Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.Minimum two years of professional experience in financial records processing and managementStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to interact effectively with customers and resolve problemsStrong Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skillsAbility to Obtain and Retain required program level clearance.Desired:Experience with federal government financial systemsBasic knowledge of quality assurance procedures for financial data integrityAdaptability to changing work requirements and prioritiesWhat You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
