StrongHammer Appliance Repair is looking for an experienced Appliance Repair Technician. The right individual will have the opportunity to become an integral part of a growing company, with great job and earning potential.

StrongHammer Applliance Repair is independently owned and operated by myself, a repair tech with almost 30 years of repair experience. As a tech I knows what it takes to be a successful repair tech and I committed to supporting technicians in the best possible way, both in the daily work, and in compensation.

• We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the appliance repair field.
• Looking for someone with experience working on major brand appliances: Refrigerators, Ranges, Ovens, Cooktops, Microwaves, Dishwashers, Washers, Dryers, etc.
• Experience working on high end appliances would be great, but not required.
• Sealed system certification and experience a bonus, but not required.
• A candidate will need to be able to demonstrate a high level of direct customer-facing ability.
• A candidate will need to be tech-savvy, quick at learning and adept at finding solutions
• Experience with technology and ability to adapt to new technology is a must
• A candidate will need to be able to work independently and manage work items without direct supervision.
• Willingness to train through online appliance repair classes (depending on experiences and qualifications).
• Must have a valid MN drivers license and a clean driving record.
• Must be motivated and PUNCTUAL.
• A high level of customer service and the ability to establish a good rapport with customers is a must.
• We are a community-based business looking for a technician that can continually promote referrals through the highest level of service to customers.
• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: $75,000.00 to $110,000.00 /year ( depending on qualifications and production)
• Ability for unlimited earning potential through commission
