Title of Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Description: We believe success begins with great people who consistently deliver great service. Each and every contact with a guest is an opportunity to provide food and service exceeding expectations. As the Restaurant Manager, you and your team will work closely together every day, creating an extraordinary atmosphere for our guests and team members. Our core values ensure we treat each other with dignity, respect, honesty and integrity. We need a Restaurant Manager who can organize, plan, and coordinate team members and resources of the restaurant. The Restaurant Manager will work side by side with the General Manager and assist in overseeing product quality and operational standards are being met. The right candidate will oversee staffing, ensuring adequate staffing is maintained and labor costs stay within budget.

Requirements:

Proven Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Restaurant Manager or above in the Restaurant Industry, overseeing daily operations and team performance.
Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Ability to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Financial Understanding: Experience with budgeting, inventory tracking, and financial reporting to support the General Manager in achieving operational goals.
Team-Oriented Leadership: Skilled in hiring, training, and motivating staff to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment.
