Solution Architect I - Enterprise Solutions

Location Bothell, WA Responsibilities Own the overall D365 F&O/F&SCM solution architecture for healthcare clients, covering finance, supply chain, procurement, projects, and shared services. Translate healthcare business requirements into scalable F&O designs including integrations, data, and security. Lead discovery and fit gap workshops with stakeholders in the USA and India, aligning solution design with local regulatory, tax, and compliance requirements. Define environment, deployment, and ALM strategy for multi-region programs. Design and govern integrations between D365 F&O and various healthcare systems using DMF, dual write, APIs, and Azure services. Drive data architecture and migration strategy, ensuring appropriate controls and anonymization. Provide design governance for customizations and extensions. Act as solution authority across the delivery lifecycle, managing design risks and cross workstream dependencies. Support pre-sales for healthcare accounts, including solution proposals and RFP/RFI responses. Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, shaping roadmaps for finance transformation and cost optimization. Mentor functional and technical teams, fostering reusable healthcare templates. Requirements Minimum 13 years of overall IT/ERP experience with at least 10 years on Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O / F&SCM. Minimum 5 years focused on healthcare or life sciences clients. Minimum 3 years in a Solution Architect role on large, multi-entity or multi-country D365 F&O programs. Strong experience with end-to-end implementations involving finance, procurement, and project accounting for healthcare organizations. Proven track record with USA and/or India rollouts, including localization for finance, tax, and statutory requirements. Experience in designing and governing integrations with healthcare platforms.
