Job Description
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales input.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align demand plans with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.
- Identify and address potential supply chain disruptions to maintain seamless operations.
- Utilize forecasting tools and software to improve accuracy and efficiency in demand planning.
- Generate and present regular reports on forecast accuracy and inventory performance to key stakeholders.
- Partner with suppliers to manage lead times and ensure timely product delivery.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve demand planning processes and strategies.

The Successful Applicant
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and forecast trends effectively.
- Proficiency in demand planning tools and software, with a good understanding of supply chain principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and with external partners.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A background in procurement and supply chain management or a related field.
