Travel Supervisor ICU RN - Eureka, CA

A leadership role is available for a seasoned RN with critical care and supervisory experience in the Eureka, CA area. This travel assignment offers the opportunity to work a dynamic role as a House Supervisor, overseeing multiple hospital units including Emergency Room, ICU, and Med/Surg. This 3x12 hour shift position includes both day and night shifts, providing a comprehensive supervisory experience in acute care settings.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision and support across ER, ICU, and Med/Surg units, ensuring quality patient care.
• Coordinate coverage during meal breaks and oversee unit operations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain smooth workflow and patient safety.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active California RN license required.
• Minimum experience in ICU nursing with demonstrated leadership or supervisory skills.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required; NRP preferred.
• Proof of negative TB screening within 12 months prior to contract start.
• Ability to adapt and float between units, including ER, ICU, and Med/Surg.

Schedule:

• 3x12 hour shifts, offering both day and night opportunities.
• 36 hours guaranteed per week.
