Location: Melville, NY

Schedule: Mon-Fri In-Office Only

Salary: Open depending on experience, flexibility for the right candidate + benefits

Type: Direct Hire

Responsibilities

Review, interpret, and administer customer contracts and purchase orders
Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and other government regulations
Coordinate contract modifications, pricing updates, and delivery schedules
Maintain contract files, documentation, and correspondence
Communicate with internal teams regarding contract requirements
Support audits, reporting, and customer inquiries

Qualifications

2-5 years of contract administration experience
Experience with government contracting (FAR/DFARS) preferred
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $80,000.00 - $100,000.00
