$30-40/hour + Overtime

A client of The Midtown Group is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join a busy and growing law firm in Falls Church, VA.

This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and complex legal documents. The successful candidate will become an integral member of a collaborative legal team supporting sophisticated business and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and organize legal documents and correspondence
• Manage and track critical deadlines, filings, and attorney requests
• Maintain detailed records and case documentation
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and outside parties
• Support attorneys with contract, regulatory, and transactional matters
• Assist with due diligence, document review, and legal research projects
• Ensure filings and documents are completed accurately and on time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate required
• 3+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm or legal department
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
• Stable employment history with demonstrated longevity
