What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in MRI imaging, preferably in acute care, ICU, outpatient, or ER settings.
• Proficiency in adult, pediatric, and specialized MRI procedures including Abdomen, Pelvis, Cardiovascular, Chest, Head & Neck, Musculoskeletal, and Spine imaging.
• Skilled in contrast media administration, peripheral IV insertion, and adherence to isolation precautions.
• Competent with advanced imaging techniques such as diffusion imaging, gradient echo, image post-processing, and surface coils.
• Valid ARRT MR certification and BLS certification are required.
• Strong knowledge of hospital systems including EPIC, PACS, Pyxis, and communication tools like Microsoft Teams.

Desired Extras:

• Experience with pediatric acute and outpatient MRI procedures.
• Additional certifications or experience in specialized imaging procedures will be considered a plus.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years' clinical MRI experience in a hospital setting.
• Travel experience is welcomed, with the unit accepting first-time travelers.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be fully available for a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with rotating weekend call duties relevant to the unit schedule.
• Start date is flexible based on class and trainer availability, with potential start days on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, and orientation totaling 40 hours.
• Certification in MRI (ARRT MR) and BLS required.
• Competence in using GE Voyager and Medrad injector systems.
