Service Specialist

We are seeking a professional and customer service focused Service Specialist to join the Opensity team at our law firm client's midtown office. In this pivotal role you will provide various administrative support which may include copy, print, mail, hospitality, facilities and receptionist services. Essential Job Responsibilities

• Provide Copy Services including accurately producing copy, print and scan projects per written instructions
• Provide Floor Coordination including the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper and basic daily maintenance
• Work independently on production assignments, often without direct supervision
• Ensure all projects have been properly completed and quality checked
• Other duties as required and assigned which may include hospitality services and mail duties

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years work experience, preferably in a production, copy, print or scanning environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to resolve complaints
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
• Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
• Ability to work occasional overtime if needed
• Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm with 1 hour of unpaid lunch

The Compensation range for this role is up to 25.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
