Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This full-time hybrid role is perfect for a social media enthusiast who is passionate about content creation, community management, and platform growth. The Social Media Executive will play a key role in driving engagement and expanding our clients' digital presence across social channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Confidently shoot iPhone-first social content (videos, photos, and stories) tailored for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. Social Media Management: Manage and grow social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest), including scheduling, posting, and community management. Content Strategy: Assist in developing and executing content calendars and social media campaigns aligned with client objectives. Paid Social: Support paid social campaigns, including setting up ads, optimizing performance, and reporting on results. Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyze results, and produce regular social media performance reports with insights and recommendations. Trend Monitoring: Stay on top of social media trends and platform updates to implement fresh, engaging content ideas. Collaboration: Work closely with creative and social teams, influencers, and clients to execute campaigns and ensure brand consistency. Qualifications: Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. Confident in shooting and editing social-first content using an iPhone. Experience with paid social advertising, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting. Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices. Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Previous agency experience is preferred. Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Later, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite) and analytics platforms.
