Special Projects Manager

Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Special Projects Manager to join our team. This unique position involves overseeing special projects and driving strategic initiatives, along with additional administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of successful project management and leadership in a fast-paced medical environment. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and manage special projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and objectives. Identify and prioritize strategic initiatives that support the organization's growth and improvement. Maintain required project documentation. Leadership and Team Development: Provide leadership and guidance fostering a collaborative work environment. Mentor and develop team members. Ensure clear communication and alignment between project teams and senior management. Skills/Qualifications: Exceptional organizational and time management. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical, communication and decision-making skills. Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals. High-level of attention-to-detail and accuracy. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands. 3-5 years supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
