Tax Manager – Lead Complex Tax Engagements in a High-Growth, People-First Public Accounting Firm
Salary: $180,000 – $220,000 per year

Job Details
- Lead and review complex individual, business, and trust tax engagements from planning through delivery
- Advise clients on tax strategy, compliance, and profitability opportunities
- Manage multiple engagements, budgets, deadlines, and team performance
- Supervise, train, and develop staff while ensuring quality standards
- Provide expertise in passthrough entities, multi‑state filings, and tax planning
