Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20-$22/hour Monday- Friday- 8:30am- 5:30pm
What's a typical day as Client Support Analyst? You'll be:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing assistance via phone and email to ensure timely and accurate resolution of inquiries.
- Investigating and researching issues to ensure proper corrective action is taken, while collaborating with other departments to resolve issues swiftly.
- Setting up new client accounts via the company portal and coaching clients on how to use portal features effectively.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred) and possess 3+ years of experience in customer service or client solutions.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with professional email and phone etiquette.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail, active listening skills, and a cheerful, client-focused demeanor.
