Associate Director, Human Resources Business Partner, Research & Information Sciences
Revolution Medicines
Revolution Medicines seeks an Associate Director of Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic HR support to the Research and Information Sciences functions. This role involves translating business priorities into people strategies, advising leaders on organizational effectiveness, and driving change management initiatives across the research organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic HR advisor to Research and Information Sciences leaders on organizational and people matters
- Develop and execute workforce planning, organizational design, and succession strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead change management initiatives including communication planning and leader enablement
- Coach leaders on performance management, team dynamics, and leadership effectiveness
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on talent acquisition, rewards, and employee engagement programs
Requirements
- Prior experience as HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and influence strategy
- Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development
- Strong change management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Experience in research, scientific, or technical environments preferred
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
